Funky Wears Exchange and Return Policy
At Funky Wears, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here are our guidelines for exchanges and returns:
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Process

- Provide the order number, item details, and desired replacement.
- Follow the return shipping process as guided by our team.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
Return Process
For faulty, damaged, or defective items, or items that do not match the product specifications, contact us within 3 days of delivery at ffunkywears1@gmail.com or Instagram @funky_wears7. We will handle each case fairly.
Non-Eligible Items
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Items without original tags.
- Sale or promotional items.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues or personal preference.
- Funky Wears will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
- Use a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
